BEFORE PREGNANCY
Preconception & Fertility Consultation
Maybe you're planning ahead. Maybe you've just started trying. Or maybe it's taking longer than you expected, and you're wondering why. Wherever you are, you deserve a place to ask your questions, all of them, and understand your options.
We'll start with you: your health history, your goals, and what's on your mind. From there, we may talk about your cycles, past pregnancies, medications and supplements, nutrition, and daily routines, along with any testing you've already done. Together, we'll map out what comes next, whether that's additional testing, adjustments to your care plan, or a referral to a fertility specialist when that's the right fit.
What to Expect
Before your visit:
After your free intro call, you’ll create your secure patient portal, complete your intake forms, and upload relevant medical records, previous laboratory results, and current medication and supplement lists.
1. Initial consultation — 60 minutes | $150
We’ll gather information about your health history, goals, symptoms, menstrual cycles, prior pregnancies, medications, supplements, nutrition, lifestyle, and any testing or fertility care you’ve already completed.
2. Laboratory testing, when appropriate
We’ll discuss any recommended testing and the available insurance-billed or cash-pay options. Laboratory fees are separate from visit fees.
3. Follow-up consultation — 60 minutes | $150
We’ll review your results and develop a personalized plan that may include supplementation, nutrition, lifestyle changes, additional testing, or referrals when appropriate.
Membership:
A primary care membership is not required. These consultations are also available within our primary care membership model for established members.
AFTER BIRTH
Postpartum Health Consultation
After birth, it can be hard to find an appointment that focuses entirely on how you are doing. This visit gives your recovery and well-being the attention they deserve.
You can bring concerns about fatigue, mood, sleep, nutrition, physical recovery, hormonal changes, or simply not feeling like yourself. We’ll take time to understand what has changed, review your symptoms and health history, and discuss a plan that fits your needs. Depending on your concerns, that may involve testing, nutrition support, follow-up care, or coordination with other members of your care team.
You’re welcome whether you’re newly postpartum or further along and still have questions about your health.

FEEDING SUPPORT
Lactation Support
Feeding your baby can bring questions and challenges, even if you've done this before.
Our Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) offers one-on-one support for breastfeeding and pumping. Whether you're nursing, pumping, combining methods, or changing up your routine, we'll start with your goals and what's happening for you and your baby.
We can help with latch, discomfort, milk supply, pumping, feeding routines, returning to work, and more. We'll talk through what you've already tried, answer your questions, and put together practical next steps that fit your family.
What to Expect
Before your visit:
Please complete the lactation questionnaire in your patient portal. Bring your baby and, if applicable, your pump, feeding supplies, and any feeding records.
During your visit:
We’ll talk through your feeding goals, current concerns, and what you’ve already tried. When helpful, your visit may also include observing a feeding or pumping session so we can better understand what’s happening and offer practical recommendations.
After your visit:
You’ll leave with a personalized plan you can use at home, along with guidance about whether follow-up care or additional support would be helpful.
Visit options and pricing:
Choose an in-office or virtual appointment; pricing is the same for either option. Standard consultations are 60 minutes and $125 cash pay. Focused pump and flange-fitting visits are 30 minutes and $65. Aetna and UnitedHealthcare are currently accepted; please confirm network coverage for your individual plan.
