holistic primary care
Health is personal. Your medical care should feel that way.
Holistic primary care focuses on thoughtful, relationship-centered medical care for your day-to-day health needs, with longer visits and true continuity. We take the time to understand your lifestyle, stressors, preferences, and goals so your care feels individualized and grounded in what matters most to you.
Direct primary care is what makes this approach possible. By removing insurance barriers, we keep our patient volume low and our availability high. You receive care from a doctor and nurse practitioner who know your story, respond when you need support, and provide consistent follow-through over time. It’s primary care with real access, real conversations, and real partnership—so you feel cared for between visits, not just during them.
